SA 200H intensive
AT SURFING ANATOMY TRAINING FACILITY
Step into 6 days of immersive study in Bretagne, France, where land and ocean become your classroom.
This post‑graduate style intensive is designed for surf coaches, yoga teachers, movement professionals, and dedicated surfers who want to understand surfing from the inside out.
What you will experience:
-A full immersion into the language and practice of Surfing Anatomy, built around the 1 & 2‑volume Surfing Anatomy book series.
Practical biomechanics for paddling, take‑off, rail work, and turning, so you can coach and move with more precision.
Anatomy‑in‑motion, forecasting basics, and coastal reading, connecting what you see on the charts to what you feel under your feet.
This teacher training goes beyond “tips and tricks” and gives you a structured framework to analyse movement, design better sessions, and speak about surfing with clarity and confidence.

SA 200h TRAININGoutcomes
Our teacher training in Bretagne will leave you with an accreditation that will make you comfortable coaching in any environment, from landlocked city gyms and studios to wave pools and coastal regions around the world.
You will get in the water for surf sessions, explore the rich coastline of Bretagne, and learn the fundamentals of surf forecasting so you can read charts and make better calls for your clients.
We will dive deep into the history of surfing and its philosophy, connecting traditional surf culture with modern coaching science.
As part of our Surfing Anatomy teacher training, we will not only teach you our language and methodology, but also guide you through valuable performance metrics in the gym so you can confidently assess and program for your clients.
In the flow introduction module, we will walk you step by step through designing and leading your own flow class, so you can start sharing this practice and building a flow community at home.
