Improve your surf specific active range of motion and end range control through a session influenced by movement therapy, martial arts and yoga.
As you increase your ability to actively control your ranges of motion and build power on top of this control, you will increase your ability to generate this power in surf specific positioning.

WHY DOES IT WORK?
SPECIFIC TO YOUR SURF LEVEL & FITNESS
Surf training needs to be specific to your Surf Level and the way YOUR body moves. In our initial assessments we get a clear understanding of your current surf level and adapt our training to these requirements. So you are guaranteed to see genuine progress & results.
MONITORED & PROGRESS
Once you have completed our 12 week intensive training program you will have the option to continue your training more casually on a monthly subscription to the SYM Community. All your baseline statistics will be kept in our database to continue to gauge your progression into the future.
IMPROVE YOUR MENTAL GAME
Being confident and enjoying your surfing experience takes as much mental preparation as physical preparation.
As part of this intensive we will address common anxieties and fears that can arise in the surf and strategies you can utilise to reduce their impact on your overall level of confidence.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
SET YOUR PHYSICAL BASELINE
Whilst working on your base measures we will also specifically start to adapt the training to suit your preferred style of surfing; be it short boarding, twin fin, singe fin, long boarding.
SET YOUR SURF SPECIFIC BASELINE
Through Subjective & Video Assessments we will get a baseline for your surfing components we can train outside of the water. Some of the components we will analyse include;
- Pop up technique
- Rail to rail technique
- Paddling position
- Base surf stance
- Heel rail strategy
- Toe rail strategy
